Mariners add power and Hart

According to Jon Heyman of CBS Sports, Corey Hart has agreed to sign with the Seattle Mariners for $5 million dollars. Hart will be able to earn up to $13 million with incentives in 2014. The deal is similar to Mike Napoli's deal last year, in which he signed with the Boston Red Sox and earned a total of $13 million dollars.

Corey Hart
Corey Hart was out all last year because of  right knee surgery. When healthy, Hart is one of the best power hitters  in the game. Corey Hart during 2012 hit .270 with 30 home runs and 83 runs batted in. Hart will most likely play first base for the Mariners and when he's not playing, recently acquired Logan Morrison from the Marlins, will play first base. Hart a 2-time All-Star(2008, 2010) will add a nice bat to the middle of Seattle's order.
